2. Membership & Volunteering

Membership and volunteer roles are open to eligible individuals who agree to our mission and code of conduct. The Samiti reserves the right to accept or reject applications.

3. Payments

All donations and membership payments made via Razorpay or other links are voluntary and non-refundable. Payment receipts and 80G certificates will be issued as applicable.

4. Refund Policy

We value your support and are committed to transparency and fairness in all transactions made through our website.

Donations

All donations made through Razorpay are non-refundable, unless:

• A transaction was made by error or in duplicate.

• An incorrect amount was charged due to a technical issue.

• The donor contacts us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to [abmebvs@gmail.com], along with the transaction ID, date, and reason.

Membership Fees

Membership contributions (including General, Distinguished, or Life Membership) are non-refundable, as they immediately activate rights and benefits as defined under our membership policy.

In case of accidental or duplicate payments, please write to [email] within 7 days, and we will review the case on a best-effort basis.

Products or Events (if applicable)

For books, kits, merchandise, or event registrations:

• Refunds may be offered in case of damaged delivery or event cancellation.

• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery/event date.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

All payments are securely processed by Razorpay. In case of failed or incomplete transactions where money is deducted but not received, please:

• Wait up to 48 hours (banks may auto-reverse).

• If unresolved, contact us with Razorpay payment ID and timestamp.

5. Conduct

Users must not misuse the website, submit false information, or act in a manner that harms the interests or dignity of the NGO.

6. Amendments

We may update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance.
